I didn't love or hate this lotion but I do like it. Something about the scent was kinda grapfruit-ish and that I didn't like. But the color I got made up for it! IDK if i would invest in a bottle cuz I have other bronzers that smell yummy and give me better color....but I'd use a sample of this again. (wonder if my packet was bad so hopefully next time I try it,it smells a lot better & good!) 4/5 stars Attachments:

I tried a sample pack of this and although it smelled really nice, I didn't get any color change that was noticeable.

Finished my bottle of this about 2 months ago. I have a love/hate relationship with this lotion.
Scent- It has a fruity perfumey type smell. It smells pretty good out of the bottle and while tanning.
ATO- I always had the worst ATO with this lotion. It reminded me of dirty socks with DHA mixed in too.
Lotion- lotion is a light pinkish color like modern bombshell or the DS skin sunless primer. It goes on well but isn't as hydrating as their silicone based lotion. Also I know juicy gossip is juice based like this lotion but I think Juicy Gossip is a lot more hydrating.
Color boost- here's where things get tricky. Certain times when I would use this I would be nice and dark. Almost like I got a good spray tan. Then other times I would look like a streaky mess in between my fingers and on my back. I keep myself tan and always apply DHA lotions in a circular motion and wipe between my fingers but sometimes this lotion really made me look like a orange striped zebra.
All and all- I'll give this a 2.5/5. I had more good than bad experiences with this lotion but the when I say I had some bad experiences they were bad. The nasty ATO and the guessing game about wether or not I'm hook g to be streaked or not wasn't worth it. I was happy to see this one give it's last drop and then end up in the salons trash can.

I consider this lotion to be a strong DHA bronzer and when I'm looking for a big (DHA) color boost its either "Color Bomb" or "Smoke Black"! Its not a lotion you will use every session. I agree with the previous reviewers, the scent is fruity and the lotion is not silicone based so it doesn't have that silky soft feel but I really have no complaints about it! I always take my time applying it and wipe my hands carefully afterwards but it gives me great dark brown color (using Cosmedico 9k90 bulbs), I would recommend for those that like heavier DHA lotions.

Not something you want to use to achieve your base. A girl at the salon suggested this as my first lotion to restart tanning with. I had orangyness all over my legs. I don't quite remember the smell but i know it didn't smell bad. I'll save this to use when I get darker.

I tried it and wasn't impressed. Was more like a color fizzle rather than a bomb.

Okay so I used this again yesterday. It smelled decent when putting it on. Can't really pinpoint what it smelled like though. The ATO was absolutely horrible! I had to go to the doctors about 2 hours after I tanned and didn't get a chance to shower beforehand. Not to mention forgot to reapply deoderant after tanning AND it was 101 degrees out. The mix of DHA and BO is not a good scent.it was really gross and I even apologized to 2 people in the drs office for smelling bad. Lol
It went on pretty smoothly but took a little extra umph to get it all rubbed in. Someone above said it looked a pinky color but mine was an off white color. I bought mine from the salon so I'm pretty sure mine is real but idk.
Color boost was "ok" I guess. I could notice I was a bit darker but nothing dramatic. I didnt get a tantoo outline and I placed it on a good spot (my belly). I noticed no streaks or orangey tint this time though. I guess my real complaint besides the badddd ATO was the fact that i had brown gunk rubbing off of me on my chest and arms after like an hour.
I give it a 2.5/5 because there was too much bad stuff to complain about n barely anything good. Lol

This lotion is exactly like belleza. I didn't like it.
Scent: Fruity and perfumey. Not that good but nicer than belleza.
Texture: Siliconey but it felt filmy on my skin.
Moisture: Not that good but not that bad.
Color boost: Hardly any.
Overall: 3/5. I'd get this if it was like ten dollars but that's it.

I am surprised that ColorBomb isn't a 5/5 for everyone because it's seriously so great! I get super dark with this lotion, in fact, I used it at the beginning of my tanning rotation by mistake and I was kind of streaky because it's so heavy on DHA. I personally like DHA so I love this lotion!
