Well, saw the Mailman bring my lotion order from Lotions2go to the door, and was super excited. Was pulling bottles out of box, saw all my samples, and saw I had a bottle of a Kardashian Glow special event bronzer, which I never ordered. At first thought it was included by mistake, but then saw I had no Jwoww Little Black Bronzer  and the price has jumped to 40 since I ordered. I sent Cindy a message about her error, we'll see how this works out. But I was pretty sad about it, being that my order slip has Jwoww little black bronzer private reserve circled. |

I have ordered twice from tanninglotionsupply.com with no problems. Always get free packets. I usually wait till they have the free shipping deals. My order came in 2 days.

Purple Rain Sales on Amazon is good. Ordered from them twice and received my orders in 2 days and with a free packet in each order.

I just received an order from lotions2go. I ordered at 6 AM on Monday, it just arrived now with the Saturday mail. It seems too long for me, when waiting for a lotion order. |

Well, Cindy emailed me back as soon as I emailed her, and says she will send the LBB and return label on Monday. So a whole week until I get my lotion, after already waiting a week. Personally, it does make me a little nervous knowing that the lotion will be resold to someone else after already being at my house, how often have I gotten lotions from there that others have opened, smelled, sampled possibly, then returned?

Well, Cindy emailed me back as soon as I emailed her, and says she will send the LBB and return label on Monday. So a whole week until I get my lotion, after already waiting a week. Personally, it does make me a little nervous knowing that the lotion will be resold to someone else after already being at my house, how often have I gotten lotions from there that others have opened, smelled, sampled possibly, then returned? Now I'm nervous about my order! Oddly enough, I ordered the same day you did I'm pretty sure and my order says it's not supposed to be here until Tuesday. Doesn't that seem really long to you? I'm hoping all my items are correct because I really don't want to deal with a return. I would hope they discard any returned lotions. |

It's a sucky deal! :/ but oh well. I placed my order Monday, if you placed yours the same day that does seen like a really long time! When I ordered Sunday night from Tanning Lotion depot, and got my order on a Thursday (older order I did.) |

Yep, I ordered Monday evening, so it seems crazy that it won't be here until Tuesday. I mean, my shipping was $11! It should be here sooner! I don't think I'm that demanding, but if processing and shipping is going to take that long then they should offer lower shipping rates. |

My preference now is to go with tanninglotionsupply.com over lotions2go. I had a problem once with my So Naughty Nude lotion, the pump was broken and it took a good two weeks or so for me to get the replacement. When tanninglotionsupply sent me the older Pink Diamond rather then the new one - they were super apologetic and I got the correct packet within days. Also, once before when tls made a mistake they sent me a free bottle of DC Guiltless Glamour to make up for it. There prices are often a little more expensive by a couple dollars, but I prefer receiving lotions faster and knowing the custom service is super helpful and I receive my new lotions fast. (thats not to say i dont like Cindy or lotions2go, its just my preference now to go with tls) |

Also with tanninglotionsupply, I have always been allowed to keep the bottle or packet that was sent as a mistake (not that I expect to or anything). But it is just nice since it was there mistake. |

On ebay I use.. Wholesaletansforu and Geocrb..these 2 I LOVE!!! I have never had any issues with them I've been buying from them for years! Super fast shipping too! Have bought a few things from them as well..been positive for me. |

Sounds like my next order will be through Tanning lotion supply!  I do like the fact that I was emailed back Promptly by Cindy, but it's just a pain to have to worry about sending back a lotion that was sent to me by mistake. |

Please do post your experience with them. I've bought from them a lot and never had any problems. My order from Isellsun2u came fast, both the correct authentic lotions (checked my salons before ordering) and packaged well so my experience was good. |

I agree .. they sent you the wrong lotion .. that is a internal quality control issue on their end..
next they should overnight the correct item asap, you keep the bottle they sent you

I do like the fact that I was emailed back Promptly by Cindy, but it's just a pain to have to worry about sending back a lotion that was sent to me by mistake.
