When did they tell you the packet was out of stock? And did you get your tracking number from ups early on? I got mine today but it sounds like they just printed a label. It doesn't look like ups even has the stuff they just are expecting it. If that makes sense. They didn't even notify me! I opened my package (which was poorly shipped I believe) and was glad to see several free packets, but when I looked through them I didn't see the 1 I ordered. So I checked the invoice paper they sent and then I saw on the bottom that they had credited my account. I did get the ups tracking number early on, but I don't know what took so long for it to actually get sent here. Yeah i should have canceled when you first said that. Not that they would have actually read my email and canceled my order. I emailed them Monday night after my order to say I forgot to add a packed of pink diamond and i would like to add it to my total.They emailed me back saying we well add packets for free..... Thats all they said super unprofessional email. When I replied to ask if they meant they would throw that one in for free or something else they never replied. I've sent 2 emails since Tuesday and no replies... If I were you (and what I'm gonna do if they take almost 2 weeks to get to me) is call and explain what happened and see if they will refund you shipping or something for your trouble.

Ok I am typing this to let everyone know to never buy from best price tanning!!!! First off I only ordered 6 packets. Shipping is 9$ no biggie was cheaper than any other website, well basically the same price as TLS. I decided to go with BPT bc it said delivered with ups and would take about 4 days. I placed my order on the 26th a Monday night. As soon as I sent the order and reviewed it I realized I forgot to add a packet of pink diamond. So I sent an email saying could I please add it to my order. I also sent an email about the price match guarantee bc I had found the packets cheaper elsewhere but the shipping was cheaper. Anyways sent the emails. Two days later got a unprofessional and confusing reply saying "yes packets will be added for free.." Then another saying " prices matched" I replied to the first email making sure they were adding the pink diamond and that if not I was going to pay for them. No reply two days later I sent another one. They replied saying " yes we added a couple to your order for free" I also noticed they had refunded my account 8$ what I didn't realize was that was because they were out of a packet. When I tried to find my tracking number on the site it wasn't working so 5 days later (when it should had arrived) I asked for my tracking number. They told me since I changed my order it took an extra day to process and it should be there by Monday. Well it is now Thursday and I received my package 10 days later with 2 packets missing. I also noticed they charged my account a random 3.32 twice. It's all been so confusing and I hate how they never reply to emails and when they do they don't use more than 6 words. I hate not knowing exactly how I am getting billed and this random refund charge my account thing has really pissed me off. Sorry if this rant was too long. Just letting yall know don't waste your time. They show my total as 15$ on the site but my account has a total of 30$ in charges. Hopefully when I call tmrw someone will answer.

Paulie1810 on eBay should be added to the list!! Her products are the real thing and is just as cheap most of the time as wholesale tans. I've bought from her 3 times now and the products are identical to the real lotions. She has different shipping options and one is to pay .99 for priority mail, but everytime I have she's sent it priority 2 day and I have gotten my lotions in 2 days! You can't beat that! For 99 cents yes please! When I first was skeptical of buying from her we sent a few emails back and forth her replies were very honest and she seems very trustworthy. One time I ordered a packet of juicy gossip and she sent two two packets for 4$!! Highly recommend. I don't recommend wholesaletansforu they blocked me from buying stuff and I have no idea why I've bought from them 3 times and never left a bad review. Seems a bit sketchy and I see from another poster I am not the only one. When I kindly asked why if there was a mix up and no response. Don't buy from that nice guy.

SUNLESS DEALS on Amazon: POSITIVE review I order my lotions on the 17th and got them today the 21st. Their tracking was way off saying I'd get them by the 26th??? but I was surprised to get them today. Exactly what I order with no issues at all. I'd purchase from them again!

Bestpricetanning was good years ago I never had issues with them....I think the last time I ordered from them was in 2007! I would be mad too that is ridiculous!

Oooohhhh I am so heated right now. I bought Steamy Confessions off of Amazon 2months ago. I bought it from Todays couture. I didn't try it until last week because I was waiting for my son to go to his grandmas for the summer because I know tingle/warming lotions could potentially hurt him. Anyway, so i used it. It smelled bad, the lotion was yellow and it did absolutely nothing for me. I believe I received a fake lotion. I emailed them TWICE because they didn't reply the first time. I was very polite and explained my issue. They replied back today getting smart with me!!!! They said "fake? How could we find 50,000 empty bottles? This is how many we sell. Not possible" Are you serious? What a waste. I'm glad I only spent $15 on it but still. Wtf. I will not be buying from that seller ever again. Now that I think about I bought another lotion from them too around the same time which had a black marker line through the code # on the bottom of the bottle. The lotion was the same as from the salon so I didn't really think about it. *sigh*

I too would be upset, that is horrible that their reaction was that way. I would probably send New Sunshine an email complaining about the lotion that they manufacture and ask if there is any possible way they can assist.
