Yesterday at almost 5pm here in SW Va we were under a Tornado Warning...Here is a photo of the size hail we got here....3 of our vehicles got pretty good damage to them as only one of our vehicles was in the garage. The sound of this hail hitting the windows in the house, was like a gun shot going off, my poor 10 year old flipped out and started breaking down crying. How on earth it did not break out the windows in our house is beyond me. This is actually really bad for the area I live in as it is not known for "Tornados"

I live in Oklahoma, so obviously we're used to tornadoes and storms. But we're the type of state that freaks out with 6" of snow lol.

Glad you're safe. We had it in Michigan too...a friend's car is wrecked. Yeah, we were driving up to Grand Rapids on Sunday, and the hail was coming down so hard, I thought it was going to come through the windsheild!
