Went for a facial last week and also a consultation since I am thinking of a little nip and tuck around the jaw line. Turns out I have brown spots on my face aka age spots So, now I have to decide if I want to be tanned and spotted or white and tucked. I was thinking to tan the body only but I've noticed that the brown spots are starting to appear on my hands as well. Ohhh what to do

This is so my sister with this same issue... She owns her own tanning bed and tans on and off year around.. Her dermatologist brought more to her attention how she was starting to get the age spots around the cheek area of the face ... She has them on her hand as well but she says that doesn't bother her as much as the face... So for almost a year now she has been covering her face when she tans and then uses her Luminess Airbrush Tanning System to tan her face. It's worked out well for her thus far.

I got one small age spot on my cheek and immediately (like, that same day, lol) stopped tanning my face. Now that my face is as pale as can be, the age spot has faded a LOT. It's barely noticeable now.

There are many options out there today for someone to be tan other then just the tanning bed. You might even find a happy medium with tanning a few times per week and also combo with spray tanning don't think your going to be pale... It's all going to be ok and golden brown in the end... Promise...

Ohhh what to do Well having those spot removed can be a preventative measure in developing skin cancer in those areas. I personally would just have the spots removed and use self tanner for awhile as your body repairs. Eat super healthy at this time for prime cellular regeneration. I don't have spots but a few freckles are showing as I fade out from the bed. Self tanner blends them in like magic.
