I am new to tingle lotions. I tried Swedish Beauty Pink Diamond about 4 times and was surprised that I barely felt it at all since my skin can be sensitive. I felt it mildly at the 8 minute mark on a 9 minute standup bed. Should I apply it maybe 20 minutes before tanning instead of 5 to 10 minutes before so it sinks in first? I am mildly red if even red at all when I exit the bed. I want to try DS Ruby or Bombshell but not sure which to try next. I was thinking Ruby since it has the cooling effect. Any opinions?

Pink diamond is pretty mild. In fact I hardly ever feel it and it just makes me a little flushed looking.
Bombshell is a medium one on me but it's been a staple in my collection for years. It gives bangin color plus it smells really good.
Ruby (to me at least) is hotter than bombshell and the cooling is noticeable. Ruby gets me super dark as well.
If you don't wanna jump up the tingle scale quickly Love Hurts is a great Moderate level tingle and it's aloe based so it's pretty moisturizing.

I wouldn't let my experience dissuade you from using Ruby, but I had a hard time using it. I jumped into tingle lotions using JWOWW mad hot bronzer, and I didn't feel much tingle ( people say its for a experienced tanners, which I would like to think I am), so I bought and used a packet of Ruby right after. Maybe I just had a bad reaction to it, but at one point when I was tanning, it was hard for me to breathe. It felt like a gallon of icy hot had been put on my chest between the extreme tingle and the cooling at the same time. I would definitely recommend using a packet of Ruby or bombshell before you buy a bottle, and use a moderate tingle before you try the more intense ones.

I've never tried Ruby, but I have Bombshell and feel it's a staple in a tanner's lotion collection especially if they use tingles. For tingles, I think it's a good idea to try packets of the lotions you're interested in. Since everyone's tolerance is different.

When I tried a packet of Ruby it gave me hives on my right forearm. Not sure if I'm super sensitive to all tingles or it was just that product since its on the hotter spectrum. I advise using a small sample first to see how your skin reacts.

If you are looking for the hottest lotion I've ever tried you need to,try Flamin Hot by Most Products. This company back years ago came up,with the SHO 6000 and several others. This lotions is by far the hottest I've ever sold to,a customer. I had a girl that had used the ultimate power shots straight up and it didn't tingle but I sent her some packs of the Flamin and she said she's never had anything so hot. I carry this lotion in my supply the f anyone is interested in buying. Bottles are 40.00.
