What are y’alls thoughts on double dipping? As in two separate tanning beds in one day (not spray tanning). I have a membership at Sun Tan City about 25 mins from my house, but I recently purchased visits at a small salon closer to home where I get my nails done. I plan to mostly use STC but sometimes I want to tan twice - especially if Ii know I won’t be able to tan for a few days. Is it really worth it? Does it make that much of a difference? The smaller salon has older beds - Cyber Dome 2, Tanses, and some “mega” beds that are 12 & 15 mins, but they change their bulbs often and are always super hot. My STC has all ergoline beds with all the bells and whistles. I’m just a fan on those older beds from 10-15 years ago.

I've done it in the past over the years and IMO it makes a difference color wise!!!! Its worth it BUT remember about over exposure too wich isn't the best for your skin and if your're going to do it IMO just do it once in a great while.

I’ve been tanning for several wks now, but have a bachelorette trip in 3 wks and then I’m in a wedding in 7, so I plan to only double dip once a wk or so.

I've done it in the past. I would only do it once in a while. Definitely not on a regular basis.

NO NO! if your a smart tanner you would not want to do this! once you've been exposed to UVA/UVB your skin tans for 24 hours , you dont get darker tanning twice in a day, JUST OVEREXPOSED! its awful for your skin!!
