I've done the Tone It Up workout videos from YouTube before, but after considering it for months, I finally signed up for the nutrition plan today. Hey guys/gals,
As some of you know?... I was a group exercise instructor for 10-12 years and a small women's only fitness center owner for 2 years... so basically - I believe I qualify as a fitness professional/"retired? fitness professional?
My wife and I still do step class, interval class, and piloxing classes most weeks 2-3 hours of high end cardio at the gym....
I am no longer the instructor.... but I am certainly my wife and my own "personal trainer"...
There are other fitness professionals (active) and fitness knowlegdable members on the site as well.
Maybe we could get an online fitness / trainer / exercise partner / online motivation thing going here....
Any interest?
Thoughts?

I would totally be into that. It seems I do better with a support group than flying solo. I think that's a great idea Terry And I think some friendly pro advice would be great motivation as well. I don't really like going to the gym because, well I guess im slightly embarrassed. Its not good for motivation

I do yoga. A lot of it helps your core muscles and leg and arm toning.

I walk, jog and lift weights 3-4 times a week. I go to zumba classes and boot camp classes when I have time.
