My review:
I should preface this review by telling you I bought this purely because of its name. I'm a HUGE Lady Gaga fan and will buy almost anything that even remotely reminds me of her. That said, I'll post an unbiased review despite my undying love of Gaga
First, the bottle. It looks like something Brandy should be put in. The packaging is ridiculously large and I feel like a goof walking into the salon with it. The "base" of it pops off so you could put it in your purse but it won't stand up well n its own without it.
The scent: I don't know what the hell "aquatic sugar" is but out of the bottle it smells awful. It has a strong chemical smell. However, after tanning the smell is much more pleasant. Kind of like purfume, but it's still strong for my tastes.
Consistency: horribly runny, and the lotion is BROWN. If you drip it on something it wil probably stain. It runs out of the bottle without even squeezing it. Rubbing it in was a challenge...its not very moisturizing so while rubbing it in, it begins to dry. If you continue to try to rub it in to make sure its evenly applied, it starts to rub off and "crumble" leaving little brown blobs on your skin.
Color: this lotion seems to have a terrible possibility of going on streaky and blotchy. My inner arms are splotchy right now and it's only been an hour since I went tanning. DHA is the 5th ingredient on the bottle so I can see why I'm having problems.
I wish I would've tried a packet of this before buying a whole bottle, but since I'm a fan, it's a novelty for me to own. I really dislike this product. IF I continue using it I'll cut it with my AG Fierce D Fense to give a little color boost and add more moisturizing.
0/5 stars.
Big disappointment.
