Yes! If you have access to it! Its the new thing that is just starting, and in my opinion, a form of bikram or shall I say natural bikram...Its not like practicing yoga in a steam room (bikram)....Bikram can cause ppl to be faint and woosy! Which is why I tend not too! If its outdoors wether its humidity or a natural breeze, or the ocean breeze, its the best route as far as heat goes. And if you are blessed to be by the ocean, get a dip to cool off after. plus practicing in the grass or sand helps give some footing, foot work, and ease to the practice that hard floors can't. Yes the balance is more unstable, but it doesn't hurt if you fall! I tried so many new poses today. Glad I brought my bikini! They offer ice cold eucalyptus towels at my place...Bliss Be Yoga at Laguna/Heisler Park. By donation. Or better yet, go to your spot in the park, bring pandora and some ocean soundtracks and your own essential oils and towels...Namaste. Get that tan....don't dress heavily
