I tan outdoors a lot during the spring and summer. I use Hawaiian Tropic Royal Blend, Lime N Da Coconut, Pink Pineapple Tini and really any accelerator outdoors. I've used Brown Envy too and it works great.

I did get some pretty good sun yesterday, now for detox time as it started to rain last night, and I wont be able to lay for several days as the weather is supposed to be down in the 60's and raining

It was 75 and SUNNY - UV = 8 yesterday. I laid out in the park in an empty meadow for 4 hours with Hawaiian Tropic Tanning Oil. The sun was so intense that I sweated through the beach blanket. I actually was able to get rid of some of my bathing suit tan lines and butt moons as it was very private and tall grass in the meadow I had spread my blanket out in. Yes - I could hear people and cars but I am pretty certain I was "invisible" on that blanket in the meadow in the tall grass. (I hope). Anyway - no tan lines, from tanning outdoors in "public".... kind of exciting and FUN. Just say'in....

I have not got to lay out in almost a week, friday through sunday we had a cold snap come through, which began to leave on sunday and FINALLY started getting good and warm again yesterday, but I had too much work to do I did not have to "lay out" I did try to get as much sun as I could later in the day when I was planting my sweet potatoes and building a trellis for my peas in my garden. Looks like it may rain today, hopefully it will clear up and the sun will come out!

Laid out Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, 2.5 hours at a time. Used Maui Babe and getting my colour back, altho not there yet. Can sit out for hours upon hours but the mornings are still cool, and have to wait for the air to warm up. Another month, out to tan by 10, and finish by 6. Ahhh, do I love the summer!

Supposed to get in the low to mid 80's today, with sadly only a UV index of 7.6. Weather is saying 60% chance of rain but no rain is showing on the radar from now to 3 o'clock so gonna step outside in about an hour and see if it is warm enough to get a little sun, some is better then none right now in my opinion since I have not got to lay in a week due to crappy weather!

I laid out for a hour yesterday and the day before. I usually layout as soon as its warm enough in spring and all thru summer...My staples I tan with are Hawaiian Tropic Royal Blend clear oil spray,Maui Babe and if I use SPF its the lowest that Hawaiian Tropic has in the lotions like 2 and 4. I have a few bottles of Hawaiian Tropic dark tanning gel with a spf 2 that works amazing.

Weather forecast for me today: 78 SUNNY and UV Index=9. My neighborhood pool opens at 10 AM (about now). I have 100 pages of Health Program Planning and Evaluation Theory to read (SLOOOOW reading). My Plan: BREAK OUT The Maui Babe, lay out at the pool and read. I LOVE accomplishing 2 things at once. In this case, school assignments and Extreme Tanning!!!

Monday (yesterday) was ANOTHER UV=9 Day here and it hit 85 with 100% SUN. I tanned at the pool with Maui Babe for 2 hours from 11-1. I felt like a greased pig (feeling chubby after the Holiday weekend), BUT My Dark Brown Tan is getting DEEPER!!!!

Unfortunately we both have to work, and hope that you (and I) get a chance to tan in the "real sunshine" this weekend. I know you have been tanning earnestly (indoors) trying to build your base tan. It would be great if you could get out and augment the tan you have with some real sun. I think both of us have discussed that real sunshine really builds a tan better than any indoor bed or booth can.
