The last book series I read was The Hunger Games and I became obsessed! I had not had much time to read anything as of late or even know where to begin, but I'm glad to see a few interesting book series mentioned in this thread.
Just the other night I did start Dan Brown's The Symbol. I've loved his other books and this one is just as appealing to me. However, I try to limit myself to only reading it at work (when I have down time) so it gives me something to do...other than looking up lotions and buying them all the time lol

I'm a total book worm, and happy I found this thread. I like to reread books by Sarah Addison Allen. She wrote Garden Spells, The Sugar Queen, and The Girl Who Chased the Moon. She has 2 more, but I haven't picked them up yet.
Another great book is The Hot House Flower and the 9 plants of desire by Margot Berwin. Another excellent read.

I'm reading "City of Heavenly Fire" by Cassandra Clare now. Let me just say that she throws random adjectives in every sentence. "Clary's heart hammered a tattoo of disbelief"
Story is decent, except for the over description of everything through the entire book.

Oh man...it took me about 100 or so pages to fully get into the first book but once I did...I couldn't put them down. The actor they chose for "Jamie"....ohhhhhhh yeahhhh...especially when he talks!!! Girl, have you been watching the show? Omg it's soooo good! Better than I thought it would be! Sidenote, but I loooove the opening music theme too! So pretty. On topic, I'm currently reading the last book in The False Prince trilogy. I love this series, gonna be sad when I'm done! But the best book I've read so far this year is one I finished about a month ago: Red Rising. It's like The False Prince meets Divergence meets Hunger Games. Highly recommended for those of you who like YA novels!

You guys are reading much more interesting stuff than I. I'm to scatterbrained to read one book at a time, so I'm reading The First Five Pages: A Writer's Guide to Staying Out of the Rejection Pile (I'm interested in writing a book) and Essentials of Studio Lighting for Nude Photography (I shoot boudoir photography as a hobby business). I did read the first three Game of Thrones books but gave that series up when I found out the author hasn't even started the sixth book and I'd have to reread the whole series just to remember the five million main characters and plot threads already created.
