Let's see, I read a lot. Hmm, what have I read and LOVED lately...
Fluffy romance: For the Love of Hades by Sasha Summers
End of the amazing Rick Riordan Greek/Roman series: Blood of Olympus
I'm reading Bitter Demons, part of a YA series, right now. It's not amazeballs, but it's decent enough.

It's taken me almost a whole year to finish Mortal Instrument's City Of Bones and start the first 10 or so chapters of City Of Ashes. I very rarely read nowadays. If I knew the movie was coming out soon I would finish it up real quick.

I just finished Dirty Rush by Taylor Bell - it's a quick, shallow read but sometimes that's what I need! Similar to White Girl Problems, kind of.
My all time favorites include Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis of RHCP, More Now Again by Elizabeth Wurtzel, and Fall to Pieces by Mary Forsberg Weiland. All are drug/mental health memoirs that I wish more books of the genre could aspire to be like, because they were really, really good.

I read anything by Robyn Peterman. She writes insanely funny, intensely profane, romantic comedy in the paranormal vein. Very interesting books and all are laugh out loud funny. I can't tell you the nights I've been up late reading and laughing so loud that my husband would come in my bedroom to see what was going on. I highly recommend her if you like that kind of thing. I just recently found out that she is married to actor Steve Zahn. Here is her website: www.robynpeterman.com/Be sure to check out her book excerpts. This will give you a great idea of what I'm talking about. Hysterically funny! From 1st book in Fashionably Dead Series:Vampyres don’t exist. They absolutely do not exist. At least I didn’t think they did ‘til I tried to quit smoking and ended up Undead. Who in the hell did I screw over in a former life that my getting healthy equates with dead? Now I’m a Vampyre. Yes, we exist whether we want to or not. However, I have to admit, the perks aren’t bad. My girls no longer jiggle, my ass is higher than a kite and the latest Prada keeps finding its way to my wardrobe. On the downside, I’m stuck with an obscenely profane Guardian Angel who looks like Oprah and a Fairy Fighting Coach who’s teaching me to annihilate like the Terminator. To complicate matters, my libido has increased to Vampyric proportions and my attraction to a hotter than Satan’s underpants killer rogue Vampyre is not only dangerous . . . it’s possibly deadly. For real dead. Permanent death isn’t on my agenda. Avoiding him is my only option. Of course, since he thinks I’m his, it’s easier said than done. Like THAT’S not enough to deal with, all the other Vampyres think I’m some sort of Chosen One. Holy Hell, if I’m in charge of saving an entire race of blood suckers, the Undead are in for one hell of a ride.

I just finished Angelfall by Susan Ee. SO GOOD. I'm currently reading Red Queen. It's ok so far, but very similar to Red Rising (and definitely not as good). I'm only about 5% in though, so it might get a lot better.

I'm studying the first Deadly Equipment guide and have been for some time. I just can't seem to sit lengthy enough to just complete it.

Well you can def tell that I'm not much of a reader. I'm still on the same book as I was a year and a half ago. Mortal Instruments City of Ashes. I had to re-read it a few months ago because I was so lost on where I was in the book from not reading it for so long. I do want to read Mrs. Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children books. I was hoping to before the movie but that wont happen. lol
